Warranty Scope

Products are evaluated under warranty against manufacturing defects for the period specified in the relevant product group, starting from the invoice date.

Exclusions from the Scope

Problems arising from faulty installation, improper voltage, physical damage and unauthorized intervention may be excluded from the warranty.
